You piqued my curiosity, so I looked them up: https://www.angelist.com/

They're basically running an advance-fee scam. Just give them $500 to $10,000 (depending on which options you choose) and you could get ~~$350 MILLION DOLLARS~~ $350K wired directly to your account from ~~a Nigerian Prince~~ an Angel Investor!
