Elon Musk is a little bit behind the curve. The Deep State already has the technology to build a network on/in the brain. No cutting open skulls is necessary. Little micro machines do all the work. They enter your body through a needle. The only thing stopping their plans is the body's immune system. They need something to suppress/destroy the immune system. Guess what that is?
