it could even have been non-state actors who think they'll benefit from whatever chaos happens. ffs, a couple STEM-savvy, watch-the-world-burn a-holes with a few hundred thousand dollars and an "accelerate" attitude could've done it. frustrating af listening to everyone i know repeating MSM anti-russia narrative.
