All that it is, is a big money milking exercise by Rand Paul.
He has had the documents for months now to call a congressional hearing, get the heads of NIH , CDC and FDA fired, and bright it all down.
He has done no such thing, all he's done is spouted off his mouth in public and gathered more money.
