IDK, but for now, my most unreliable partner now is in Germany, not in China. I absolutely don't care about their Germany laws or other political shit, but if you don't pay your debt, or don't ship bought equipment, not because you physically can't, but because your government said that it is inapropriate, than you are an unreliable partner.
Interesting, that I never meet with some "customs problem" delays, "paperwork" delays, "need one more paper with state authorisation" delays from China partners. But it is usual thing with Germany ones. They literally pray on that fucking papers, stamps, signatures and other senseless bureacracy, even taking apart all that sanctions shit. IDK, may be it is because they are under big US holding, but that is not an excuse.
From the other side, Belgian partners, f.e. don't care about all that sanctions stuff. "No problem, let's meet in Turkey or Egypt to do our business", "yes, lets switch to crypto", and so on. They are small company without any big bosses or investors behind.
So, the reliability of partner does not depend on country at all. It depends only on people you doing business with. If that people put government, rules, politics over deal, than they are definitely not reliable. If people don't give a fuck about all that shit and care about their image in the eyes of business partners, they are pretty much reliable. Independence is reliability, suddenly.
Really, all that mess about hegemony is only about what knd of NWO they will install - one where you would be obliged to praise faggots, fake freedom and nonexistent democracy, and will not be allowed to criticize ruling class, or one where you will not be allowed to criticize some dictator, king, or political party. And something tell me that most peasants will be perfectly fine if the latter win, because at least their children will not be indoctrinated with that woke shit and they will not be forced to perticipate in pride parades and other disgusting crap.
