Well said. I know about all this from years of being on the internet and watching it change and evolve and having first hand encounters with it all.

I'm sure older people would believe this because they treat technology like it's magic, and younger people would scoff at this because they don't actually grasp how powerful technology is and what it can do, or they are naïve on what companies will do.
