A FOIA response itself wouldn’t be redacted; they don’t need to. They can tell you “no”.
If they DO have an official document to return, then you’d see redaction. There’s no real identifiable headers/footers or page numbers. No watermark. The number at the bottom doesn’t return any relevant query hits even in chunks. This looks LARPie
