So that the elites can open a portal to release demons. May be involved in Mandela effect phenomenon as well so they can distort our reality for their benefit.

I would dismantle it if I had my way and have tribunals for everyone involved. But all this does make sense why France/Switzerland is allowed by the Cabal to have so much nuclear energy.
