No. This isn't good for the government in any way.

the suspects are of a protected class (natives)
It doesn't involve guns
If a citizen kills one of these guys with or without a gun, it will be horrific for the government in power.

You know not all things are government plots....there are fucking disgraced besides politicians and these two fit the bill...just pathetic human beings who lost all self respect and went fucking batshit. It dies happen. Not all things are hoaxes..
