During the Cold war there was an operation called Pedro Pan (Peter Pan) which the CIA performed a clandestine evacuation of up to 14000 minors from Cuba into the US without their parents.
One of the people was Miguel Bezos who would become a wealthy millionaire and worked with the then power house industry of oil and gas at ExxonMobil. He was a technical orphan at 15 and has no parents around him and is brought to a new country and he happens to get extremely wealthy and then goes on to help fund his adopted son Jeff's venture Amazon.com which then goes on to become a massive powerhouse and continually does work with the CIA etc.

No, it says that Miguel adopted him after marrying his mom when Jeff was 4, after she divorced his father.
So he has family? Or not. Because he got abducted by the CIA?
