Jessica Rose wrote about this on substack that they are qualifying a new sa-mRNA covid vax shot and seeking another EUA from the various governments. The FDA is saying, since this is just a variation on the previously EUA’d mRNA vax, they will not require human trials.

This sa-mRNA is again, brand new tech. We have no idea how it will work in the human body. Because it reproduces both spike and additional sa-mRNA strands, it is possible that a person injected with this shit creates mRNA forever. Flooding their system with the now proven cytotoxic spike protein.
Expect many, many more deaths when this one starts making the rounds.
