Justification by faith does NOT come from Paul. That's a Protestant Martin Luther invention.
The virgin birth is in the Gospel of Matthew, written before Paul's letters.
The fact that Paul was struck blind on the road to Damascus and healed by a Christian, was recorded in Acts of the Apostles, written by Luke.
And if Paul was faking it, he suffered his whole life for it, eventually getting killed by Nero. That's some pretty intense fakery. Jews said the apostles stole Jesus' body and said he was resurrected, said they were faking it. This is just a jew take.
He didn't "invent" Christianity. Christ "invented" Christianity. Paul elaborated some doctrines of it in his various letters, such that non-Jews didn't have obey Jew dietary restrictions and get the ends of their dicks lopped off. For the first 300 years, there was no Bible, just various writings and oral tradition.
I understood the premise of the original post correctly. In my comment I asked "what did Christianity mean before he ALTERED it." I don't who's question you were answering, but it certainly couldn't have been the one I asked.
Paul invented Christianity. Not that Jesus asked him to. He made some mistakes but he was always well intentioned. Peter was his partner. Abnor invented Christianity in the East where it was less popular.
The Catholic Church is the subverter. Low level Catholics don’t know this usually.
This is Jew bullshit.

I agree. The atonement is deeply ingrained in the Bible, even if it doesn’t call it that in the Old Testament. Paul did not invent the concept.
Demiurgebros...what went wrong?
If this is true then what was Christianity originally about before he altered it?
