Actually, there is, and it's precisely what the Elite do: they create human suffering and profit from it. I think the reason you never, ever see any rich conspiracy theorists (aside from guys who got rich and then woke up) is because a normally functioning human being find the idea of benefiting from the misery of others a detestable concept, and so beneath contempt it does not bear the slightest consideration.
