It is currently at 20%. It will go down for maintenance in early Sept. Remains to be seen, if any of the volume (even the remaining 20%) come back online again.

So blackouts, usage restrictions, exorbitant prices and delivery cuts for BOTH natural gas AND electricity are GIVEN for much of Europe, if there is a longer streak of colder days.

I doubt it is coming back online. No reason to as long as sanctions are in place.
