Rangers are typically who they send to train/support local troops.
I think you're right.
Negative.
Rangers have three mission sets.
Spec Ops raids. Forcible entry ops. Spec Reconn.
They do not train foreign fighters on assets.
Putting Ranger boots on the ground in Ukraine only means it is about to go fully kinetic.
Trained with Rangers when I was USAF 920th Air Rescue Wing, in the 80's.
