The only time multiculturalism worked out was with the US's brain drain. Smartest or most determined/hardworking people escaping their countries and bringing their cultures, but also assimilating and being deeply respectful for the opportunity.
To be honest, I doubt that's even true past a certain point. What that point is, is hard to say. You just needed a sufficient population base to assure defense of the nation's borders.
Many people are enamoured with the 'smart' Indians and Chinese and (((them))) -- but that's all and exclusively about studying for the test. Notice how India and China remain shitholes. I'm 100% certain that if we kicked out all ethnic/((()) doctors, lawyers and engineers, we'd be perfectly fine.

Put another way: I've met non-((())) whites that are absolutely brilliant. I've met tons of ethnics who are rich and went to the best universities.
