It is a return to barbarism and witch doctory. I hate to think how many people are going to die because of this retrogression. The elite do not seek to elevate mankind but to degrade it. Communism is just another tool for doing that, but really, they will use any means possible.
These will not be true doctors of course, but only technician (nurse) level. A problem will be that while nurses can see symptoms, they cannot do differential diagnostics based on deep understanding of medical / bio systems. Also of course they will not have much ability to sort out lies coming from higher up. Thus they will be directive-followers.
