I am very interested in what you are saying. But, CRTs refresh in lines, modern TVs refresh whole-frame, so I don’t get why you’re saying they are slower. Sure, they have more input lag when displaying a 480p image but modern TVs would receive and display modern resolution propaganda. Check out Slo-Mo Guys video on display technology.
