This is not the way. Fake compliance is still compliance. Resist out loud and tell people why. Then remind them once they have conveniently forgotten. If you don't resist paper compliance, then how will you resist the digital version? Then it will be too late. Resist every step of the way. Call out the absurdity. Break the programming. Reinforce and remind people at every opportunity. Finally, tell them - I TOLD YOU SO!
