i thought a lot of meds were made in chyna which keeps locking down to constrain supply and exacerbate consumer price rises in US.
i wouldn't put it past 6-month certificate pharmacy techs from creating side-businesses with spillage. most of them went to that program in vocational school b/c they had an interest in recreational pharmakea. tho large chains probably know this and have tight controls on inventory, and since it's behind the counter loss can only really come from employees.
