I discover this exact set of text on multiple companies' HR postings:
"We don't look for individuals who fit the culture, but those who will continue to add to the culture.
We encourage everyone to apply, especially those individuals who are underrepresented in the industry: people of color, LGBTQI+ community, women, individuals with disabilities (both seen and unseen), veterans, and people of any age or family status. "
It almost seems to be an exact copy from one playbook though these are on a number of different small companies' websites. My first guess is that this is taught in industry seminars to HR, and it feels like a religious creed.
However, what happens is the exact opposite of the stated intent - they screen out white American males, as I learned by hard experience. See comments below.
HR is one of the greatest examples we have of modern large scale conspiracy performed in the open. We see mega business taking the lead on brain training upper management and all other related fields to produce a tight knit control over what is right and just in the business world, this has been going on for a long time.
Meanwhile at all the meetings they all circle jerk how they look to own the channel with vertical marketing.
Going back to HR, they are the front runners on the brainwash and demands, so what we see is globally the same system deployed time after time amongst all the business producing the new world.
So there is basically a large manual somewhere, that they break up and reword slightly and redeploy.
HR sluts are one bad decision away from going back to serving tables. Easy to control
