Interesting, but doesn't explain the shots that were fired from helicopter, there's a video pointing them out.

I live in Vegas, this was a very surreal event, and it never really added up as presented. I've pieced most of this together in relatively short order, minus the Saudi politics minutiae, but always knew that was the entire point.

Very good layout and explanation. A few things, though.

The firing cadence from video of the crowd is consistent with an M249. I'm a veteran, though not an arms expert, but I will firmly stand by that being the weapon, or some variation thereof. Bump stock narrative was complete BS. M249 is generally belt fed, but there's clearly no evidence of that, so we'll get the mags with load times. Still, not your run-of-the-mill armament for a gun run op, I would suspect.

There was also a helicopter near the tower at the start of it all, unsure if a shooter was in there aiming at the crowd or the hotel, or if this caused the panic by the mercs, still worth the mention.

Windows of these casinos are hurricane rated, you can't just bust one out like that. Why was there a hammer included? Where's it from?

Personal accounts I've heard (call it heresay, whatever), included black clad operatives within the venue, or in the vicinity thereof, who emerged from the cover of darkness, fired at the crowd, then slinked away. Maybe these are the mercs mentioned being dispatched throughout the strip, but it bears mentioning.

Still doesn't account for the army trucks parked around the corner from the concert with extra capacity trailers. Generally seem to be linked with events, where many actors with props and costumes are needed, hence the increased storage. May not be linked, abnormal that they were there is my point. But why 2(3?) of them?
