In my own experience when NPC types have it spelled out to them like this, usually they can acknowledge that conspiracies have happened in the past but can't comprehend conspiracies happening in the present, they act like "all that's left" is stuff like reptilians or flat earth, mundane conspiracy theories that just involve regular humans being awful only register with them once it's classified as "history" rather than modern times. It's some sort of psychological issue that probably served a survival purpose in ancient times but is just detrimental now.
ELITE; noun (French élite) - "selection; choice". That's you using your choice to call others "elite"; hence evaluating their suggesting choice over your choice within perceivable.
The parasitic behavior of the few represents the response to the ignorant behavior of the many. It ain't about right vs wrong reasoning; but about implication aka if (ignoring perceivable) then (exploitation by suggestion) or if the many consent to the suggestions of the few; then the many are controlled within a chain of command by the suggestions of the few.
Ironclad examples are hilariously recent, too...but no, somehow we slipped over some boundary where conspiracies are now fantastical.
Waiting for suggested his-story by others; while ignoring ones story as the perceiving within all perceivable.
It's funny, if you say "people of power have CONSPIRED against the general public", people will nod in agreement. But as soon as you say "it's a CONSPIRACY", they think you're crazy. They're literally two forms of the same word.
They conspired against the general public before, but they magically stopped doing it since ~yesterday is also a popular opinion.
The -acy represents a suggestion of "quality, state, or condition" one already consented to. The suggested umbrella "conspiracy" represents a belief system; a faith; a choice (consent) to choice (suggestion) contract law for the consenting many.
Whatever you suggest to them; they will put under the predefined "conspiracy" umbrella; instead ask them who defined "conspiracy" for them and why they chose to consent to it?
Only one conspiracy.
God.
Crack that code first, and all the rest follow.
Enki. Code cracked.
