In 1-3 years, MLA/APA/Chicago writing formats will all endorse ebonics twitter-speak as the proper writing format for all formal writing, journalism, etc. Using standard English grammar will result in bad grades, conversations with HR. White women will sit in meetings and debate the proper semantics for some phrase like 'Biden be spittin' mad fire to Putin at state of union' or something like that.
