At his most recent rally Trump was back to self-praising for his accomplishment getting the vaccine done in record time and how many lives have been saved.
And while I wouldn't call Trump a 'typical' neocon, he also recently said he'd would have let Putin know Russia would be blown to smithereens for a Ukraine invasion.

A live exercise is an exercise which they make seem like a drill or practice run but it's not.
Like how they did NORAD on 9/11.
