Do you know where I can find information about spike protein shedding, specifically what someone can do if they are contaminated by it?

I didn't take the vaxx, but I've been around a lot of people who did. Is there a way for me to find out for sure if I'm contaminated?

Blood tests: WBC, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-alpha, hs-CRP, CD4+ ans CD8+.

Treatments: pine needle tea, methylene blue, HCQ, NAD+, ginger, curcumin, Vitamin D3, astaxanthin, melatonin, BHB ketones/MCT oil/caprylic acid, quercetin, chlorella.

Stay away from intimate contact from recently vaxxed for at least 4 weeks after their shot.
