There is censorship here. Just indirect.
People are banned to discourage further posting, at the whims of the mods.
They can make alts and post again of course. But the ban is intended as a form of punishment to discourage more posting, or delay it.
Click on the mod logs to the right of your screen.
Hundreds if not thousands of accounts have been banned.
