The 'they', in my limited perception of the whole, is the "13 families and their minion hierarchy". I don't have the interest level to delve much into that rabbit hole, but the existence of that or similar power structure is only hidden from the mainstream. Leaders of counties, major corporations, religions, and most power structures are under their control. Also being humans (except at the top?), they have their internecine issues and quests for power among themselves, so 'we' see war and conflict that often makes little sense. Perhaps their organization is more fragmented and chaotic than I imagine? Could be. Same effect at the lower levels though.

The hypnotized cattle herd, in my view, are the masses - the lower 80 - 90% in western countries. People who work at jobs, sign up for the military, believe in their country, get their opinions and facts from cabal-owned sources, and pay 'their taxes'.

Look at the recent mask and vax scam, or the Ukraine situation. They literally control the minds of a huge percentage of the masses. They've sucked most of the rest into complicity with the "modern society they've created" so they acquiesce and go along to get along. After all, someone has to make that mortgage payment for that suburban house. And let's not forget those taxes, or your protection will lapse.
