I don't think you have to take it seriously, but I do believe in the freedom of people identifying as whatever the fuck they want. It's the limits on other's freedoms, such as forced speech, that is the problem with some of these pronoun people.
Someone can tell you the way they prefer that you address them, but it's up to you if you respect their wishes. It shouldn't be a legal matter. That would be like getting fined for calling a doctor 'mister'.
I'm not trying to fuck 99.999% of the people I meet, so I really don't care what their sex or gender is. I'd 100% go to this lady for some crazy-ass bird advice though.
