You're not accounting properly with chemtrails. Depopulation is a gigantic profit motive especially in countries that have infastrucure. Look how many Africans china has been killing because they want an Africa without Africans. And there's precedent behind it with agent orange, everyone knows that.
Cloud seeding is real. They really do it, that's undisputed. The question is how does weather modification fit into war.
That's why I put emphasis on Global death. Using chemtrails for weather modification as you point out isn't even a conspiracy theory but a verified tactic that was employed in Vietnam. It's the idea that the Rich and Powerful are trying to murder the planet by poisoning the atmosphere where things become highly unlikely.

Most people who believe everything that the history books tell them, will argue that chemtrails are fake. There are no such thing as chemtrails, just contrails. Trails formed from condensation.
So explain to me what the point is arguing semantics about the who and the why, when the truth is, it is a conspiracy of global proportions and peons such as you and I are not privy to this information.
The most simplest explanation is likely the most plausible. They are doing it to combat global warming. But are you going to argue with the 1% of us who do understand that condensation trails evaporate, while a chemical trail will spread like ink in water, that its main or even secondary goal is not about killing us, when we have no way of knowing that?
Just seems like your stoking the division honestly.
