You're not accounting properly with chemtrails. Depopulation is a gigantic profit motive especially in countries that have infastrucure. Look how many Africans china has been killing because they want an Africa without Africans. And there's precedent behind it with agent orange, everyone knows that.
Cloud seeding is real. They really do it, that's undisputed. The question is how does weather modification fit into war.
I think the more compelling evidence is that pro geo engineering scientists openly say yes this is possibly hazardous to future generations, it is not very expensive and is something they want to do.
