When someone instantly labels you or others as a conspiracy theorist, that's as far as their brain goes to think about something. It's easy to write someone off using a very broad range of ad hominems in any case, but we see this again and again.
A conspiracy by it's very meaning is 2 or more individuals creating a plan they don't want others to know about. A conspiracy theory on the other hand, even when at it's most baseless form without any evidence whatsoever, is nothing but an idea.
At the root of the issue, we have a lot of people in society who reject discussion of ideas. Maybe if presented to them in this way, there may be more dialogue, I don't know.
When people are trashing conspiracy theorists either online, or in person, they are also simultaneously stating that they lack the capacity to think about ideas, for whatever reason. They're also stating that it's either extremely unlikely or impossible for conspiracies to exist, which is also ridiculous.
Just some thoughts
Yeah why bother? I told my boss he shouldn't take the shot and from then on was labelled a "conspiracy theorist" even though I'm really not. I just am looking for the same thing everyone is looking for. A decent fucking SOURCE FOR INFORMATION. Apparently, even not trusting MSM is a conspiracy theorist MO. "You show me a DECENT BACKED UP BY ACTUAL SCIENCE (not $cien¢e) source that the shots are worth getting, and I'll go get the fucking shot right now!" I told him, so far...nothing. Still unvaccinated against COVID and likely to remain so.
They've done a great job confusing and Human Centipeding everyone's sources. Gotta give it to them. I just wonder who THEY look to for actual information though...
I thought that too for a while, but then I realized. They pay people privately for information like consultants. Each consultant doesn't know the others....so they cannot gossip
Well ok, where do the paid advisors get their info? Somewhere there has to be an actual source for SOMETHING...or is it all opinion and a complete lack of fact?
