Which conspiracy theories were intentionally created to spread disinformation?
Too many to mention :( A few notable american ones; the us landed men on the moon, jfk was killed by a lone crazed gunman, federal tax dollars go to support infrastructure / benefit the nation.
My vote is for the flat-Earth theory.
There is no flat earth theory for the same reason there is no round/globe earth theory. Scientific theories simply aren’t applicable for determining the shapes of physical objects - we use measurement for that!
There is a heavily advertised (i.e. funded) flat earth psyop however, which is - as you have no doubt seen - offensively stupid and often billed as a “conspiracy”.
