It already happened in Hong Kong where the government outright declares ALL ECONOMIC ACTIVITY TO BE DESTROYED AND UNEMPLOYMENT EXPLODES...despite the requirements are met and vaccine passports are implemented.

They had been making it clear that this is NOT a pandemic.
