Workplaces over the years have adopted more and more Behavioural Science which is interwoven with D&I initiatives. I have found that workplaces have become more and more overt in telling you how to behave and in trying to control ‘behaviours’ ie how your think, feel and act. It’s too intrusive. It crosses a line into almost slavery to a corporation.
Has anyone else noticed? Is there anyone who ever speaks about this? Does anyone have any resources on it?
At the foundation...perceivable sound exists before suggestible words can be shaped out of them. Those who communicate through suggested meaning (words); while ignoring perceivable meaning (sound) represent the incorporated aka those within corpus oration (the whisper of the death) aka those who ignore sustain their life by adapting to perceivable sound.
As an example...the parasitic few suggest "insane person"; for which the many ignore "in sanus" (within sound) + "per sonos" (by sound) aka being within; by; out of and in response to perceivable sound.
Responding to perceivable (need) or suggested (want) implies as free will of choice within a perceivable balance (need/want). Those who ignore perceivable (need) for suggested (want) are putting themselves into an imbalance (want versus not want). This conflict is called "reason" and it represents mass division by the suggestions of the few; which in return gain the consent to be able to define (idolatry); redefine (revisionism) and contradict (talmudic reasoning) whatever suggestions the many are reasoning about.
Choice (consent) to choice (suggestion) represents contract law aka the inversion of perceivable balance (offer) to choice (response) natural law. Consenting to the suggested choices of others represents the foundation of willing slavery.
SCI'ENCE, noun [Latin scientia, from scio, to know.] from knowledge - "to perceive". The behavior of the perceiving (process of living) within the perceivable (process of dying) demands resistance by adaptation; hence balancing by choice as temporary form (life) within ongoing flow (inception towards death).
The many are being tempted to ignore the above for suggested behavioral scientism aka consenting to suggested behavioral restrictions; while ignoring to be "free" will of choice within the "dom"inance of balance aka free-dom. Scientism temps one to consent to understand (standing under) the suggested information by others; while ignoring to grow ones comprehension about perceivable inspiration; which would require adaptation to perceivable; hence resistance to the temptation of suggestions.
Being form (life) within flow (inception towards death) represents being differentiated (temporary living) out of whole (ongoing process of dying). Hence being a different ONE included within the same ALL. The parasitic few are ruthlessly exploiting the weakness of the many aka their ignorance of perceivable for the suggestions by others. It's the host weakness (ignorance of perceivable inspiration) that tempts the parasitic response (suggested information). Those who ignore reality are being farmed with suggested fiction.
What meaning do the few suggest for diversity and inclusion? Diverse means everything is the same brown and inclusion means excluding everyone the same brown don't like. It's a shit-test for self destruction. Resist the temptation of whatever meaning is suggested and keep growing your comprehension about being an included difference in need of sustaining differences to stay included. All those who fall for the temptation will try to drag you down with them; so resist and they will burn away; while you grow.
Being form (life) within flow (inception towards death) represents being resistance within velocity aka temporary within ongoing aka living within dying aka growth within loss...both together represent EN'ERGY, noun [Gr. work.] - "internal or inherent power". That's your place of work...resistance (living) within velocity (dying).
Living implies "reaction" within enacted dying, perceiving implies reacting to perceivable; choice implies reaction to balance. To tempt the many to ignore this the few for example suggest "actors" so that the many mimic acting. Meanwhile; the few also offer a sleight of hand (notice of liability; reveal of method) for those with eyes to see...a so called actor "reacts" to a director. The many are willingly ignoring contradictions like this, and revealing it puts the liability for ignorance on them.
You already consented to their suggested environments (workplaces). They aren't intruding; you are not welcome inside suggested convenience anymore if you don't submit to self destructive orders. This refers to all of society (the beast system aka the chain of command pyramid scheme aka the self destructive ouroboros).
Before that you consented to suggested money; a substitute value for which you ignore being choice (evaluation) at the center of perceivable balance (value). Everything you perceive (inspiration) represents predefined value; while your evaluating choice is required to sustain yourself by adaption. Instead you were being tempted to ignore perceived value (balance) for suggested values (imbalance); which causes the want (rich) vs not want (poor) conflict of reason; which the parasitic few also rebranded into 1st world (rich) vs 3rd world (poor); which are now being utilized against each other to shape both into a 2nd class under the chosen ones.
RE (response to) SOURCE (perceivable inspiration)...not suggested information. Try using need over want; inspiration over information and implication (if/then) over reason (want vs not want; true vs false; good vs evil; believing vs not believing etc.).
