In Hitler's defence, books written by communists absolutely deserve to be burned, as do the "degenerate" books (most likely referring to pornography, books about transgenderism (propagated by Jews in Weimar Germany), etc.) There is literally no purpose for those kinds of books to be around. They only harm society, so why keep them around? To "learn" from them? No thanks. I have nothing to learn from that sort of literature.
