I'm insisting that you learn for yourself. You shouldn't listen to me or anyone else without a baseline of knowledge of your own.
If you want to make the case for this video being fake because of a lack of blood, come up with a theory that accounts for the variables which lead to a legitimate lack of blood.
Why generate the best CG video ever released, but not include blood? Blood would very trivial considering the quality of the rest of the video.
