Yawn. Engage. Why wasn't Swat deployed in one hour?

Curiously why haven't these schools got panic buttons to a dedicated task force who will engage?

Why aren't they employing security, with possible metal detectors, or gate passes. How is any other building secure, like an office or bank.

Gun isn't the problem, but idiots are.
