The constitution is not a “living document.” It’s pretty clear. There should be no federal laws not written in the constitution and what is not in the constitution should be left up to the state.
Ever wonder why there were amendments for alcohol prohibition and revoking prohibition—- But not for any other drug prohibitions? Why before that time, there were not many federal laws or US codes outside the ‘territories’ not yet admitted as states?
Because around 1914-1934 the US government was captured by mega-rich fascists. You can be a right wing fascist or a left wing fascist, it doesn’t matter. The US became a corporation merged with and acting through the state. In this case—-eventually 50 of them, 6 territories, untold puppet states, and the entire global financial system a la SWIFT, petrodollar, and world reserve currency.
While I appreciate the intent, the reality is that you have been victimized by the abuse of simple clear understanding in the form of word manipulation and misuse.
You need to recognize when this happens and reject it. So, for example the left wants a system of governance to manage all. The right wants independent freedom and personal rights.
Walking this path you cannot deny that the entire fascism/communism/corporatism/global governance/... all belongs to the left.
A great deal of effort has been applied for many generations to obfuscate an understanding but essentially the desire to control everyone and everything belongs to one side of the spectrum, not both.
I know that, and you know that— But language is a virus, and ideas must adapt to survive.
The left/right paradigm is a means of brutal mind control. Fake opposition to itself to perpetuate itself. It is magickal faggetry.
