I get hay fever in the summer. Sometimes I help out and do summer jobs on a farm, mowing, doing hay etc. If i wear a ffp3 mask I can go all day without any problems. Needs to have an exhaust valve. It also needs to be properly fitted on your face, any gaps and I'll literally die from the pollen. Not a cure but a work around at least.
