I think that underexposure surely plays a role, plus all the toxic shit we go through regularly.
So:
I think of everything in terms of "habitual exposure":
You do exercise, your endurance goes up. Next time you can do more. You eat chili, your resistance goes up. You can eat more or more spicy next time.
I'm 32, smoker and ex drinker, and i have fancy body and 0 illnesses with this philosophy. Never feel bad, never goes to doctors (not in 10 years)
Safety obsession is the greatest safety risk currently.
