Listened to an album of Elvis’ recently. I had heard some of his songs growing up and I had curiosity to give him a further listen. His music sucked. Just unlistenable twangy junk. My disappointment made me laugh since I enjoy irony.
I don't know, Clam Bake is a fun album for parties, orgies, etc. But yeah, besides that, what little value one can possibly find in Elvis material was due to Carl Perkins.
Its a movie. That makes it even more fucky, right? I've never found the whole movie anywhere but when we were kids some friends and.i used to collect weird yard sale albums and then drink cough syrup, eat a bunch of Dramamine or mini-thins and actually subject hipsters to them.under the guise of interesting, which I guess they actually were but God damn. You don't know what an unlistenable album is until you've heard it while ODing on Dramamine Jesus Fuck! The shit we did to ourselves! That's why Gen X isn't fazed by this. We were prepared. Hahaha!
