This being a clip from CNN was enough for me to gauge the legitimacy of the claim that this weak video attempts to prop up.

Also, I'm not too experienced with every detail when it comes to military standards, procedures, etc., but I find it odd that one of the shooters has a helmet on while the other is just strolling through casually while wearing a beanie. It doesn't make sense to leave your head unprotected here, especially when you're supposed to be in the middle of a war.
