“no reasonable person”
OK. So that's the full quote is it?
What about this one?
Powell’s attorneys wrote that a judge must determine whether her statements could be proved and if “reasonable people” would believe they were factual, given the context and other factors surrounding the comments.
I'm sorry, I'm having a little trouble determining what is, or is not a quote, or what context I am to take the attorney's statement in, which apparently is also not a direct Quote.
So the attorney is asking of a judge if a jury or reasonable people would find the statements to be factual? That would in fact prove the exact opposite of defamation, would it not?
Did the author of that article smoke some crazy pills? Because you are suppose to eat them, not smoke them.
While your attempt to maneuver your way into a spin for this is admired, it's entirely useless as it's been obvious how full of shit she was since day one to anyone who wasn't hooked on a hopium/copium cocktail.
Yes, I manipulate by quoting verbatim. I am the most devious of manipulators. I Questioned the premise of the article you linked us to, and didn't consume it like a consumer whore. Of this, I am guilty.
Look, I can only guess at the reason you are posting boiler plate tabloid media on a conspiracy board, and have no theories on any conspiracies taking place behind those claims. And my best guess is that your post is politically motivated to discredit attempts to deal with voter fraud.
Ehh, Lin pocketing money from Kyle Rittenhouse donors and doing some sort of bizzaro trump/QTard rally circuit to amass wealth and become some sort of pseudo celebrity tells me all I need to know about the guy. No Bueno.

In this instance, I don't care if she's the dumbest person on the planet.
The article you linked us too, is manipulation, and nothing more.
As for your hatred for hope. That sounds like a personal problem that you should address.
I think you're the one trying to manipulate here, friend.

And I don't think you're my friend guy.
