if the first amendment was a mistake like roe v wade it'd be ok to then go fix the mistake. it's not but not everything in the constitution or things rules on by the supreme court in the past was a correct decision. I don't like the supporting precedence excuse, supreme court should always just vote on things and if a majority says one way that's how it goes, will be 5-4 in this case. Yes I know that means leftwing shit could come thru in the supreme court ever becomes liberal, well that's how we got roe v wade in the first place, the answer is just to vote idiots out, it's not a perfect system but the checks and balances do make sense.
