Have I been infected with the VAX? How to tell?

I have not been vaxxed; however, I have come into very close contact with individuals who are vaxxed. How can I determine if they have shed the spike protein/vaxx to me?

Can my doctor do a blood test to confirm? How do I ask my doctor to do this without sounding like a schizo?
