Personally, I think the deep state can bring about the weather they desire for the most part. Our supply chain has been sabotaged to the point there is an ever increasing food shortage. Causing snow storms in April will shorten the season to grow crops, or even ruin some. Causing a record heatwave a few months later will scorch and kill more crops. Just another means to dismantle the USA.
