The TV (tell a vision) represents suggested information. Could it be that both the watchers and the gathers are consenting to suggested information (want); while ignoring perceived inspiration (need)?
To choose want (suggested information) over need (perceived inspiration); represents ignorance of perceived for suggested; which corrupts comprehension of perceived. This is what the "ignorance is bliss" allegory is based upon. What the ignorant many were noticing was that they ignored something, and that implies resisting ignorance (need) or falling for the temptation of more ignorance (want).
Those who want...want always more, and nothing is ever enough. Want represents ignorance of need, and so those who ignore want to ignore more, and the parasitic few suggest them a) what they want/no want (aka temptations) and b) the justifications to stay ignorant (aka authority to shirk responsibility onto).
Tell a vision got exposed
Those who make the suggestions are utilizing TV to express the revealing of their methods for those with eyes to see; while simultaneously concealing it from those who ignore perceived inspiration for suggested information.
The exposition represents one with eyes to see trying to "suggest" others to also see it; yet the many are being domesticated by suggestion. We cannot share perceived inspiration among each other; our behavior represents inspiration for those who choose to utilize it. All perceivable is offered to each one perceiving it within, yet choice represents the response-ability to it; hence need (adaptation to perceived) or want (ignorance of perceived for suggested).
In short...suggestion "tells a vision" to those who ignore perception.
