these platforms were established on a mountain of false pretense.

You and most people are STUPID. There are no false pretenses. Everything was clear for those that have a brain. If you can imagine it, it will happen.

In 10-20 y time you will be one of those brainlets who wills ay that "Starlink global surveillance system was installed under false pretenses... Because I was Stupid and thought Musk really wanted to gib me free internet in African Savana"
