in the long run every State collapses

How about comparing this...STATE, noun - "to be fixed" with being temporary form (life) within ongoing flow (inception towards death)? Could it be that flow represents the "long run" that collapses every formed state within?

Could suggested affixed states (information) deceive those who consent to it; to ignore the perceived ongoing state (inspiration)?
